I came to mortgages with a background in real estate and finance. That shapes how I work: I look at a file the way a buyer, a seller and a lender would, so the plan holds up from the offer to closing day and beyond.

A mortgage is not only a rate. It is your income, your credit, the property, your timing and what you want the payment to do for the years ahead. My job is to put those pieces together, explain the trade-offs in plain language, and let you make the call.
